One on One – Personal Training

I design specific workouts for each client for each session. As a whole, the structure of the workouts include the same elements – warm up, core work, cardio in bursts, targeting muscle groups and maintaining an elevated heart rate through the duration of the workout. These workouts are specifically designed for each client based on their goals, injuries or surgeries and overall fitness level.

No equipment is necessary although any equipment is beneficial! Total workout time is between 26-28 minutes for a 30-minute session and 56-58 minutes for a 60-minute session. You are monitored and coached to ensure proper form is being used during each exercise and I provide corrections when necessary. All exercises can be modified (to be easier) or progressed (to be harder).
