My group classes are designed to be fun, engaging and convenient. I promise, you will get a great workout in just 30 minutes! These classes give you the opportunity to work out with other like-minded people who, like you, value self-care.
Each class consists of a short warmup to get the heart, lungs and muscles ready for work: core work (both stabilization and movement) is followed by strength training utilizing body weight and/or other fitness equipment. (Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls, etc.)
We work almost every single “mover muscle” in the body weekly. Muscle groups are targeted to achieve the best output, growth of muscle and reduction of fat. Rest time is limited, and participants are kept engaged and on track through the entire workout, keeping the heart rate elevated and the time spent exercising efficient.
Group personal training classes are held Monday – Friday along with some weekend bootcamps on Saturdays or Sundays.
No equipment is necessary although any equipment is beneficial! Total workout time is between 26-28 minutes. You are monitored and coached to ensure proper form is being used during each exercise and I provide corrections when necessary. These classes are perfect for ANY fitness level! All exercises can be modified (to be easier) or progressed (to be harder).
